Learning goal: Learners will apply (Bronsted-Lowry) acid-base principles to understand the molecular interactions that are occurring. 

  • Differentiates acids and bases
  • Relates protonation/deprotonation states to  of the species/pH of the environment
  • Electron Density/Electronegativity
